Cannon takes a holistic approach to its projects from conceptualization through full execution including in-house construction and marketing services. Cannon’s commitment to meeting its investor/client's financial goals is always of paramount importance. All of Cannon’s efforts in the residential arena are carried out through sustainable practices. Cannon is a member of the US Green Building Council and is a registered Earth Craft Builder.

THE ARCHITECT

Founded in 1991, award-winning Harrison Design Associates specializes in the design of high-end custom residential homes, town homes and specialty commercial projects. Under the leadership of principals Bill Harrison and Greg Palmer, the firm has grown from six to more than 40 architects and designers with offices in both Atlanta, Georgia and Santa Barbara, California. The success of the firm is largely credited to the responsive and collaborative efforts of a diverse team with broad and complementary talents. The Bellingrath's architectural team was led by Bill Harrison and Rick Hatch, who are both specialists in the design of high-end single and multi-family residences. Harrison Design Associates' portfolio of luxury town homes includes Habersham on Ivy, Parkside on Lindbergh, Kingsboro Park, Roxboro Place, 100 Rumson Road and Inman Park Village.
